Dyson Gen5 Detect Wheels Keep Falling Off and Warranty Only Covers One Replacement

I bought the Dyson Gen5 Detect (purple) a year ago. However, the small wheels on the side of the digital motorbar head, especially on the left side, kept coming off. I called customer service, and since it was under warranty, they replaced the head, serviced it, and sent it back. But a few months later, the same wheel (left side) on the new head came off. I called customer service again, as it was still under warranty. Their response was: the warranty only covers one replacement. They said I’d have to buy a new head myself, at a cost of around ₺4000. Naturally, I objected, but they insisted it was the policy. After doing some research, I discovered this wheel issue is a common problem with this series. I don’t understand why it’s not covered under warranty if it’s a recurring problem. Previously, after the first issue with the wheel, they even sent me the head for the Prussian blue model, which I returned. Had I known they wouldn’t replace it again, I would never have sent it back. In short, to anyone wanting to buy a Dyson like I did, I strongly advise against it.

The customer representative called and said that under the warranty, the head can only be replaced once a year. I did it on December 26, 2023, so they said I could request a new head again after the 26th of the month. Let's see, I will do that. I will update my comment after the 26th.
