Dreame L10 Prime Mop Function Fails Repeatedly Despite Authorized Service Repairs
I have been experiencing a recurring malfunction with my Dreame L10 Prime robot vacuum cleaner for the last 6 months. The device stopped taking water and therefore stopped wetting the mops. Apart from this, there is no other problem, but this fault seriously prevents the product from fulfilling its mopping function. Because of the same issue, I had to take the device to the authorized service 4 times within approximately 6 months. Each time the service informed me that the product had been repaired. However, when I brought it home, the mops either did not get wet at all or worked properly only for a short period of time and then the same problem reappeared. Currently, the product is once again at the service with the same water intake/mop wetting malfunction. The device still has about 2 years and 19 days of warranty remaining. Although no fee has been requested from me at the service, the fact that the same malfunction has persisted despite four separate service visits shows that this is a persistent and unresolved defect. I have also submitted the service delivery report with record number 202600118267 as a document. As a customer who is not satisfied with this situation and does not want to deal with the same problem again and again, I request that my Dreame L10 Prime robot vacuum cleaner be replaced with a new, fault-free product. I expect Dreame to stand behind its product, to ensure that this recurring fault is definitively resolved by providing a new device, and to inform me clearly about the process.
