DramaWawe Subscription Not Cancelled: Refund Unauthorized Charges
In June I cancelled my weekly DramaWawe subscription, but despite the cancellation my account is no longer active and the charges have not been stopped. Over the last 3–4 weeks, a total of around 86 euros has been taken from my card, even though not using the service and the subscription should have been stopped. The payments appear on my statement as DramaWawe transactions, and I have attached a screenshot of the transaction history showing the charges made in June and July. I tried to reach DramaWawe customer service to resolve this, but the email address I found is no longer valid and I could not contact anyone from the company, which I understand is based in China. I request that all these incorrect charges be refunded to my card and that any remaining subscription linked to my account be fully cancelled so that no further payments are taken without my consent.
