Cancel DramaWave Subscription So I Can Delete My Account Please
I have a weekly subscription with Dramawave registered to the email address tasha.re***[email protected]. I started this subscription around the beginning of June, and despite believing I had canceled it, I was still charged again on June 15. After attempting to cancel, the system continued to show my subscription as active, and I have not been able to find any way to contact Dramawave customer support to resolve this. Because the subscription appears as active, I also cannot delete my account as I would like to. I request that my weekly subscription be canceled immediately without any further billing, and that my account be released so I can delete it if I choose. I also ask for written confirmation that my subscription has been canceled so I do not face any future unexpected charges.
