Dramawave Renewed My Apple Subscription After I Canceled It

I had an active subscription to Dramawave through my Apple account, which I canceled on the 23rd. Despite canceling, the subscription was renewed automatically today without my consent, and I was charged 22.19 CAD. After noticing this unauthorized renewal and charge, I tried to contact Dramawave, but I did not receive any response or support. I find it unacceptable that a subscription continues and renews after I have already canceled it through the official platform. I kindly request a full refund of the 22.19 CAD that was charged today, the immediate cancellation of any ongoing or future auto-renewal for my Dramawave subscription, and a written confirmation that the subscription has been fully canceled and that no further charges will be made to my account.
