I am writing regarding a charge of $19.99 that appeared on my Visa card issued by Citizens Bank on May 18, 2026, with the description “DramaWave SG 7154 / DBT Purchase.” I had already canceled this service before this date, yet the amount was still taken from my account. Since I had canceled, I consider this charge unauthorized and unacceptable. I request that the DramaWave service be canceled immediately, that the $19.99 be fully refunded to my card, and that I receive clear confirmation that no further charges will be made to my account.
