DramaWave Charged Me for an Unauthorized Weekly Subscription


I recently discovered that there is an active weekly subscription to DramaWave linked to my email address, hamidghaws***@gmail.com, which I was not aware of and did not knowingly authorize. Because of this, two weekly payments were charged to me in Switzerland, one on 18.06.2026 and another on 25.06.2026, each in the amount of 15.96. Since I did not know that this subscription existed and did not intend to use a paid weekly plan, I request a full refund of these two payments and cancellation of any ongoing subscription linked to my email address. I would like this situation to be reviewed and the unwanted charges to be returned to me.
