I am writing regarding unauthorized charges related to my Drama Wave subscription, which is linked to my Apple account under the email address Sommerfel****@icloud.com. I cancelled my Drama Wave membership on August 26, 2025, and the app has been listed in my inactive subscriptions on my Apple account since that date, which proves that the subscription was cancelled. Despite this, starting from the beginning of September 2025, I have been charged 20 dollars every week. These payments were not authorized by me after the cancellation date. In October 2025, I contacted your help desk by email and provided proof that my subscription had been cancelled, but the charges have continued, and I still have not received a satisfactory resolution. I request a full refund for all unauthorized payments that have been taken from my account since my membership was cancelled on August 26, 2025, and written confirmation that my subscription is fully cancelled and no further charges will be made.
