Defective Domestos Turned My White T-Shirts and Toilet Bowl Red

On August 20, we bought the green bottle of Domestos from the Migros Burcu Market in Yenifoça, Izmir. Even though we have been using this exact same product in the same way for years, this time we experienced a serious problem. When we added the Domestos to the water to whiten our t-shirts, our white t-shirts ended up covered in red stains. When we poured the same product into our toilet, the inside of the toilet bowl also turned bright red.

We strongly believe there is something wrong or defective inside this specific bottle. The store management took the product back, but two of our brand-name t-shirts have been completely ruined because of this cleaner. We are incredibly frustrated to be dealing with these red stains on our expensive clothing and in our toilet.

We request that Domestos conduct a thorough investigation into this defective batch and compensate us for the cost of our two ruined brand-name t-shirts. We ask that our grievance be taken seriously and that the necessary quality control precautions be implemented immediately so this does not happen to anyone else.
