Dolce & Gabbana Glasses Scratched Quickly – Store Refused to Help
I purchased two pairs of Dolce & Gabbana glasses from an eyewear store, and one of them developed scratches on the lenses in a very short time. When I returned to the store to address the issue, they immediately dismissed it, claiming it was customer error without even inspecting the glasses. Even if it were my fault, they didn’t offer a lens replacement service or any solution, which is disappointing for such a high-end brand. Dolce & Gabbana should stand behind their products and offer support for issues like this. I expect the store to take responsibility and help resolve this problem, whether by offering a replacement or another solution.
