Dividend Finance Autopay System Let Me Down, I'm Feeling Abandoned

My finances changed a little recently, and just wanted to tweak my automatic payment amount for my loan. Seemed easy enough yet I was wrong. Turns out their system is stuck in the stone ages and can't handle a simple adjustment. instead of making it smooth sailing, they force you to set up a whole new autopay thing. Such a pain, and a total waste of time! to make matters worse, contacted them to double-check so I wouldn't accidentally pay twice. You'd think they'd be helpful. They basically blew me off and left me hanging. It's not like I'm asking for brain surgery here Dividend Finance people!!! just some guidance with my money! A serious financial company shouldn't leave their customers feeling lost and confused. Especially when it comes to stuff like payments. I'm so over their unhelpful ways!
