I Want A Replacement Sandwich Or Refunded
On September 23, 2026, at around 7:10 PM, I went through the drive-through at the Culver’s located at 9710 N. Oak Trafficway in Kansas City, Missouri. After leaving and getting onto the highway, I realized that there were no napkins in the bag and there were no pickles on my sandwich, even though the order should have included them. Because I was already on the highway, I was not able to turn around and come back to have the order corrected. I have attached my receipt dated September 23, 2024, showing my purchase, so you can identify the transaction. I am requesting either a refund for this meal or a replacement meal to compensate for the incomplete order and the inconvenience caused.
