Connected2.me Keeps Blocking My Profile Link for an Incorrect Bio Violation

I am writing regarding an ongoing issue with my Connected2.me profile.

I use the Connected2.me app on my iPhone, and my profile link is repeatedly being disabled with an "Inappropriate Bio" warning, even though my profile does not contain any inappropriate content.

My biography contains only a landscape image, yet the application continues to identify it as inappropriate and repeatedly disables my profile link.

This problem has been occurring for a long time, and I have received the same warning on numerous occasions. Hoping that the issue would be resolved, I even made a payment of approximately $4, but nothing changed. My profile link is still inaccessible, and I continue to receive the same warning.

I believe my profile has been incorrectly flagged, as there is no inappropriate content in my biography or profile.

I respectfully request that my profile link be restored immediately and that the incorrect "Inappropriate Bio" flag be permanently removed from my account so that this issue does not continue to occur.

I also request that your team manually review my profile and provide a clear written explanation of why it was flagged, as well as confirmation once the issue has been resolved.
