Connected2.me Keeps Deleting My Profile and Stories

I have been experiencing a serious problem with Connected2.me for the last 3–4 months. My profile bio and the stories I share are deleted by the system almost every time I post something, and my profile gets removed without any clear reason. This situation repeats itself constantly and prevents me from using the application properly. I have also made payments on the platform, yet despite this, my content is removed and my profile is deleted as if I have done something wrong, but I have never been given a clear explanation of what the problem is or which rule I supposedly violated. This makes me feel unfairly treated as a user. I request that my profile be reactivated and that I be given a clear and detailed explanation of why my bio and stories are being deleted and under which rule this action is taken. If my account cannot be fully reactivated and this issue cannot be resolved, I request a refund for the payments I have made to Connected2.me.
