Candy Crush Didn’t Credit My 250 Gold Bars
I’ve been playing Candy Crush on iOS for many years, and I’m currently on level 20,290. About 10 days ago, the 250 gold bars I earned from the pin event were never added to my account, and the game showed them as expired. The game keeps saying “new ones will be added,” but my issue still hasn’t been resolved.
This is the first time I’ve encountered a problem like this, and I haven’t contacted customer support before. My registered email address is f*********@hotmail.com, and my user ID is 14334507655.
I request that the 250 gold bars I earned be added to my account as soon as possible. If this issue is not resolved, I will quit the game and share my experience on all platforms.
