Coin Master Arbitrarily Alters Spin XP Values and Strips Players of Control
I have been playing Coin Master for about two months, and as I level up, I am encountering a system that works against the player and changes entirely based on rules set by the game itself. There is a spin rule in the game, and XP options are presented for every spin. For example, while I am spinning a round at 1,000 XP, this value suddenly drops to 400 XP; another time, it rises from 200 XP to 400 XP, and while spinning at 400 XP, it abruptly jumps to 1,500 XP. As a user, I cannot select what I am playing with, and the game constantly alters XP values at its own whim.
Looking at it today, Coin Master operates almost like a gambling site under the logic that "you win something as you keep spinning," but even on gambling sites, a person is not forced to play with a single option and can choose whichever option they want. In this game, control is completely taken away from the user, giving the distinct impression of outright deception after a certain level.
I reached out to Coin Master through in-game support and email, but I received no response. If you push people to spend real money on in-game purchases, you should offer direct and prompt communication channels when problems arise, rather than abandoning us to an unresponsive email-only system.
To date, I have spent over $1,450 on this game, and I am deeply disturbed by its non-transparent structure that manipulates players and tampers with XP values. Under user ID 96288df0-f1f9-494f-b9EC-8a7d764A75d0, I demand a full refund of all amounts I have invested so far to my IBAN account TR96 0001 081 2750 01, along with a permanent IP ban on my account. I expect the game's spin and XP systems to be made transparent, fixed, and user-selectable, for the game to stop arbitrarily changing rules to the player's disadvantage, and for management to issue a clear written explanation regarding the harm I have suffered.
