I Face Progressive Mode Access Issue in Clash Royale Despite Meeting Requirements

I am experiencing a frustrating issue with Clash Royale where I cannot access the Progressive Mode. The game requires 15,000 trophies to unlock this feature, and I meet the necessary criteria, yet the mode remains locked for me. What makes this even more confusing is that I have seen other players with the same or even fewer trophies already able to access it without any problem.

I have checked all possible reasons, restarted the game, and even updated it to the latest version, but nothing has changed. I have not received any explanation or guidance from Supercell about why this is happening. This inconsistency between players creates an unfair competitive environment and affects my motivation to continue playing.

I am requesting Supercell to review my account, fix this access issue, and ensure fair and equal availability of the Progressive Mode to all eligible players. I expect a prompt resolution so I can enjoy the game as intended.
