I Face Account Access Issue in Clash Royale After 12 Days of Unresolved Support Requests

I have been unable to access my Clash Royale account for the past 12 days, despite providing all necessary ownership details to the support team. My account (username: ☆adanalı☆, player tag: #vlvg8ury) was created in Turkey, Adana, Sarıçam, and I even shared my old device models and the registered email address (t*[email protected]**). Still, I keep receiving only automated replies, with no direct contact from a real support agent.
Inside the game’s support section, the situation is no better — every response is automated, and no actual assistance is provided. My account has no purchases as I have always played Free to Play, but I can no longer access my Supercell ID email, and my recovery phone number is outdated. As a result, I cannot log in and risk losing all my game progress.
I was told a support agent would be assigned to my case, yet after waiting 12 days, the chat was closed without any explanation. This has left me completely dissatisfied and without a solution.
I am requesting that Supercell verify my ownership, update my Supercell ID email address, and restore my access to the account. I can provide a video recording as proof. This matter needs urgent resolution to prevent permanent loss of my account.
