I have not heard back from Supercell despite my repeated emails. Supercell appears to be indifferent towards its players. I've seen that dishonest players can level up to my level in a month. After a lot of hard effort, I have leveled up to 170 in Clash of Clans with a Town Hall level of 15. Someone else, meanwhile, has been playing for about a month and is now 138 levels in, with a Town Hall level of 12. Someone needs to take a stand against cheats and fix this problem.
