Clash of Clans Account “jiyan” Banned After Gold Pass Refund Request

In Clash of Clans, my account named “jiyan” was banned right after my younger brother accidentally purchased a Gold Pass and I submitted a refund request for the transaction. Since then, I have been unable to access my account, and this situation is deeply upsetting. I have spent years building and improving this account, and having it suddenly banned has caused me serious frustration and loss. After the ban, I contacted customer support, but unfortunately, I did not receive a positive outcome. The email linked to my account is j**********@gmail.com**. This is the first time I have ever faced such an issue, and I do not want all my hard work and dedication to go to waste. I sincerely request that my account be reinstated and that my grievance be resolved.
