Clash of Clans Account #G8PYCYYRL Inaccessible Despite Being Active

For about a week, I have been unable to access my Clash of Clans account under the name D**** (#G8PYCYYRL)**. I usually play on my Android phone in Bursa using Wi-Fi, but whenever I try to log in, I receive an “Account not found” error. I tested with different devices and internet connections, yet the result is always the same. I have seven accounts in total, and all of the others work perfectly fine, but this one specific account remains inaccessible.
Despite this, I can still see that my account is active in the clan and castle, which proves it hasn’t been deleted. I attempted to reach the game’s support team several times, but I have not received any reply, and it seems impossible to reach live assistance. I have invested a great deal of time and effort into building this account, and losing access is extremely frustrating. I request that my account be restored as soon as possible and that my access problem be resolved. I expect Supercell to handle this issue promptly and provide clear communication to prevent such situations in the future.
