Though I have always heard Chick-fil-A has excellent service, my experience was the exact reverse. They first handed me incorrect sandwiches. When I pointed it out, their mindset changed rather than merely corrected it. After waiting, they replaced them—only to send me the erroneous sandwiches once more! To exacerbate the situation, my sandwich had something quite repulsive on it when I at last got meal. I was very disgusted, but they instructed me to keep it in my car when I tried to get back it. Absolutely seriously. I had to throw it out the window without option. Besides all that, they made a big mess by tossing my fries upside down in the bag. Though they never really did, I waited endlessly for them to correct things. My drink melted, and they showed less concern when I noted it. This was hands down the worst fast-food experience I have had. Never again!
