Chatiw Account Banned Without Reason While Not Chatting

I am writing regarding an unfair suspension I received today on Chatiw. I was connected to the site but was not chatting because I was busy and not responding to anyone. Despite this, my account was suddenly banned without any explanation. I did not insult, harass or disturb any user and I was not sending any messages at the time. I simply stayed connected and, for this reason alone, I do not understand why I was sanctioned. I request that my suspension on Chatiw be lifted immediately and that my access be restored, as I have not violated the rules and was not doing anything wrong when the ban occurred.
