Chatiw Blocked My Account Without Explanation - I Cannot Appeal

I have been using Chatiw under the username “Gym guy” for a long time, usually a few times a week, on my Mac. Around 1 June, I suddenly found that I was blocked from the service for no apparent reason. Since then I have not been able to access the site at all, including any support or contact section, so I have no way to ask why this happened or to resolve it directly with you. I am not aware of violating any rules or terms, and I would like this situation to be checked in detail. My request is that my account be unblocked and that my access to Chatiw be restored, or at least that I receive clear information on what caused this block so that it can be corrected.
