Chatiw Account Banned Without Clear Reason

I have been using Chatiw with the email address Mark19***@gmail.com and I believe my account was unfairly banned about a year ago. As far as I can tell, I was banned for repeatedly tapping to contact someone, which I did absentmindedly and without any intention of spamming or violating the platform’s rules. After the ban, I submitted an appeal and was informed that my appeal was under review, but I never received any further response or explanation about the final decision. This lack of feedback has left me uncertain about what exactly I did wrong and whether the situation was properly evaluated. I kindly request that my ban be lifted and that my account be reinstated so I can continue using Chatiw. I would also appreciate clear information, if needed, about how to avoid similar issues in the future.
