My Email Was Hacked After Downloading ChatGPT App on iOS
On the evening of November 20, 2024, I downloaded the ChatGPT app on my iPhone through iOS. The next morning, I discovered that my Gmail account, which was pre-installed on my phone, had been hacked. Someone accessed my account without authorization and even created a new email address using my name with “34” added to the end. I worked tirelessly to recover my original email account, but this has caused me significant stress and concern about my personal information's security. I am deeply frustrated and demand an immediate investigation from ChatGPT to address this issue. This situation raises serious concerns about the app's safety, and I urge the developers to resolve it promptly.
