Just got a delightful surprise in the mail today – a letter from Chase Bank informing me they're SHUUUTTING DOWN all my accounts! Apparently, my "normal bills and stuff" constitute "unexpected activity"… expecting some kind of explanation, I called your reps, got a clueless representative who basically shrugged and said they don’t have one, no details, I’ll be facing a financial nightmare because some of my bills are here, late fees, penalties… They claim they can close accounts without explanation. Unacceptable! Be patient as I put my things in order, of course I’ll take my business elsewhere. Just until then, keep my accounts as they are, I’ve already provided every piece of info you need showing none of my transactions are illegal or unusual, they aren’t even new!! They’re repetitive.
