Recover My Chamet Account From Hacker

I am writing because my Chamet account, which is face verified and linked to my Indian mobile number +91 8657571***, was hacked on 9 September 2026 at around 23:40. I am from India and my Chamet ID is 56396***, as shown in my profile. The hacker changed the Gmail address on my account to hk5095***@gmail.com, which belongs to someone in Bangladesh, without my permission and started sending OTP codes to my mobile number more than five times. After these repeated OTP attempts, I completely lost access and can no longer log in, and now the system shows that I can only receive up to five messages per day, which prevents me from getting new OTP codes. My account is face verified, so my identity and personal data are at serious risk. I am very worried about how my information and images may be used by the person who took over my account. During this period the hacker also used my consumption diamonds, gifts and other in‑app virtual assets without my authorization, which caused me additional loss inside the application. I have contacted Chamet support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I urgently request that you immediately stop and freeze this hacked account linked to my Indian mobile number and Chamet ID, investigate the unauthorized email change made from Bangladesh, the OTP abuse and the misuse of my diamonds, gifts and other assets, and help me recover and fully secure my account. If it is not possible to safely return this account to me, I request that you permanently delete this hacked account so that I can open a new, secure account on my mobile with face verification. I kindly ask you to take urgent action to prevent any further misuse, protect my personal data and identity, and inform me as soon as possible about the steps taken and the solution you will provide.
