1win Failed to Send My 250 Rand Withdrawal to My Capitec Account

On 25 July 2026 at around 04:54 I requested a withdrawal of 250 rand from my 1win account to my Capitec Limited account via Instant EFT. In the transaction history inside 1win the withdrawal appears as “Successful”, but the money has still not reflected in my Capitec account as of now. Because of this, I believe the platform is not acting honestly and I feel scammed. In addition to the 250 rand that has not reached my bank, I had deposited 50 rand to play, which I also want back because I no longer trust using this app. I request that 1win immediately pays the 250 rand withdrawal into my Capitec account and also refunds my 50 rand deposit so that this issue can be fully resolved.
