On the CapCut web application, we have been unable to use it on our Apple Mac Pro computer for about 1 month. During the video editing process, as soon as the application starts loading, a terminal error occurs on our computer, the Wi-Fi shuts down, the internet connection is cut off, and then the entire system shuts down and the computer does not turn on.
This problem occurs only in the CapCut web application; even though the computer’s motherboard was replaced, the problem continued.
We contacted Apple technical service regarding the issue, software updates were made, but no solution was provided.
We are connected to CapCut with a corporate subscription and operate in the field of health tourism. Due to these technical malfunctions, we have suffered approximately 30,000 TL in financial advertising losses.
We request that the problem be resolved urgently and that the financial loss we experienced be compensated.
