CapCut Deleted Media and Changed My Video Effects

I experienced a serious problem with a Minecraft entertainment video I was creating on my computer using the CapCut app, and many hours of hard work were wasted. I spent at least 15 hours working on the video, creating different scenes, adding various effects, and using additional sound effects and video clips. I had also made timing-critical adjustments for specific moments, such as transitions placed at exact seconds and effects that started at 1.25 seconds and were moved to 2.48 seconds.

After saving the project, I checked it and discovered that CapCut had apparently changed the effects and media on its own, completely disrupting the timing. Some effects had been moved, while some media files and content I had added had been completely deleted. I edited the project again and fixed everything, then saved it once more. However, when I reopened the project, the same thing happened again. The effects and media had once again been changed and corrupted on their own. In other words, my edits were not being saved properly, and the application behaved as if it had reorganized the entire project according to its own settings.

I did not receive any error message during this process, and the application did not freeze or close unexpectedly. It simply reverted my work as if I had never made those edits. I spent days and many hours working on this video, adjusting each scene individually, but having all of that work become corrupted when the project was almost complete was extremely frustrating and upsetting. This is also the first serious problem I have experienced with CapCut, and suffering such a significant loss the first time has made me lose confidence in the application.

I request that CapCut restore my corrupted project to its previous, working state if possible. If this is not possible, I at least want a detailed explanation of why the effect and media timings changed and why the content was deleted on its own. I also request that the necessary technical fixes and updates be implemented urgently to prevent similar data, project, and effect losses from happening again. I expect CapCut to take the necessary precautions to ensure that projects created with many hours of work do not become corrupted or altered on their own in this way.
