Canva Pro Subscription Canceled After Accidental Payment, Need Access Restored
On August 6, 2024, I purchased the Canva Pro subscription and have been using it smoothly for nearly two years. However, I made an accidental payment while attempting to add a team member, unaware that this action would charge an additional fee. I assumed one license could be shared between two users, so I added an email address, which triggered the charge.
I canceled the team feature and received a refund for the additional payment, but my existing Pro subscription—valid until August 6, 2025—was also canceled. This is a mistake, as I already paid for my subscription and should still have access for the remaining period.
I’ve been unable to reach proper support to resolve this issue. Canva, please reinstate my Pro subscription immediately, as the cancellation was an error. I’ve attached the invoice for reference, which shows there was no valid reason for canceling the subscription. Please assist!
