If the person lost access because they can't get into their old account, team owners or admins can use Canva's content ownership transfer feature.
They just need to wait 5 days, have them make a new account, invite them, transfer their designs, and then delete the old account that they can't get into.
If their account still exists but their role was downgraded, go to Settings → People (or Team Members) and change their role back to a higher permission level, like "Member" or "Admin," or call them again.
