Canon G3470 Printer Stopped Working Only Weeks After Purchase
I purchased a Canon G3470 printer from the Teknosa store located in Forum İstanbul Mall. Approximately two weeks after buying the product, the printer suddenly stopped working for no apparent reason, and I have been dealing with this issue for about one week now.
After paying approximately $144 for this printer, experiencing a malfunction in such a short time has caused me serious inconvenience and disappointment.
When I contacted Teknosa about the issue, I was told that in order to send the product to service, the ink first needed to be emptied from the printer. I simply do not have the time or energy to deal with complicated procedures such as draining the ink, removing components, and packaging the device myself.
In addition, transporting a large and heavy printer to a store or service center is extremely difficult for me.
I request that the defective product be picked up directly from my address by cargo or technical service personnel so that the service process can begin without forcing me to handle these difficult procedures myself.
I also request that my customer grievance regarding this faulty product be resolved as quickly as possible.
