Canon G2470 Printer Stopped Printing After Ink Refill

I purchased the Canon G2470 printer in September from the Kraft Online store through Hepsiburada. Recently, the black ink ran out, and today I refilled it. However, it appears that air entered the system, preventing the ink from moving properly through the channels, and now I cannot use the printer at all.
Because of this issue, I have been unable to print anything for the past two days, and my work has been seriously disrupted.
Since this morning, I have repeatedly tried calling technical service, but the phone calls disconnect before I can even be connected to a representative. I have been completely unable to reach support or receive any assistance.
The fact that there is no accessible technical support while my problem continues unresolved has left me in a very difficult situation.
I request that the printer either be repaired urgently or replaced within a short time if necessary. Since I urgently need the printer for my work, I kindly ask for immediate contact and a fast resolution to my issue.
