Refund And Permanent CandyJar Cancellation

I previously cancelled my CandyJar subscription through the CandyJar system, but despite this, I have continued to be charged $19.99 repeatedly. After cancellation, I was charged on May 2, 2026, May 9, 2026, May 11, 2026, May 16, 2026, May 18, 2026, May 23, 2026, and May 30, 2026, for a total of seven unwanted charges. These payments add up to $140 that I did not authorize after my cancellation. I use CandyJar with the email address aviano***@gmail.com, and I also contacted CandyJar three separate times from this same email about the unauthorized charges. Either I received no response at all or I got one reply and then nothing further, so my issue has still not been resolved. I also spoke with my bank, and they informed me that I need to dispute the charges directly with CandyJar. I request a full refund of $140 for the seven charges made after I cancelled my subscription and confirmation that my account and any paid subscription are permanently cancelled so that no further payments will be taken.
