I Report Repeated Touch Panel Failure On Candy Dishwasher Despite 3-Year Warranty

November 14, 2024 10:14 PM6

I purchased a Candy dishwasher with a 3-year warranty, and from the very first month, I experienced touch panel malfunctions. Throughout the warranty period, the same issue recurred multiple times, and although service technicians claimed to have repaired it, the problem kept happening. Now, just after the warranty expired, the touch panel has failed again, and I am being asked to pay a significant repair fee for a problem that clearly existed from the start.

This is unacceptable. How can a product fail repeatedly in the exact same way and not be considered defective? No consumer should have to endure this much inconvenience for a product that was supposed to make life easier. I purchased Candy believing in its quality and warranty promises, yet I feel deceived and financially burdened.

I demand that Candy take responsibility for this ongoing defect and repair the dishwasher free of charge, or replace it with a fault-free product. Otherwise, I will be forced to pursue legal action.

Please resolve this issue within 14 days.
