Camper Order Not Delivered and Refund Request Remains Unanswered
On 19 July I placed an order for a pair of Camper slippers with the order number 4008529139 and paid a total of 4,649 TRY. Despite the time that has passed, I have still not received the product. Since my order did not arrive, I contacted Camper customer service by e‑mail, requested information about the status of my order and asked for cancellation and refund. I have not received any response to my e‑mail, and my product has still not been delivered up to today. Because of this situation, I feel victimized both due to the lack of delivery and the lack of communication. I request an immediate refund of the 4,649 TRY I paid and a clear written apology from Camper regarding this experience.
