Camper Denied My Replacement Request for Shoes That Wore Out Instantly

On September 22, 2025, I purchased the Widy Hypnos Maini Tide/Run Hypnos model shoes from Santanyi Ayakkabı through Camper’s official website (invoice number: esh2025000119343) for ₺3,779. I wore the shoes for a total of only 7–8 hours in a special indoor setting, taking great care to avoid any damage. However, within just two days, the front parts of the shoes showed significant wear and deterioration.
I reported the issue to Camper customer service via email, but they responded by saying it was user error and refused to provide assistance. I find this response unacceptable — a pair of shoes at this price point should not show visible damage after such limited, careful use.
I am requesting that the product be replaced immediately, as this is clearly a quality and durability issue, not a result of misuse. I kindly ask that my complaint be resolved as soon as possible.
