Call of Duty Mobile Refunded My CP, Then Put My Account at -4000 CP
I requested a refund in Call of Duty Mobile, and after the process, all of my CPs were reset. Then, my account was left with a negative balance of -4000 CP. Now, I can’t add funds to the game—my money gets taken, but I don’t receive any CPs in return.
I need this issue fixed immediately, as it’s preventing me from making any in-game purchases. Please resolve this problem and restore my account balance.
