Bybit P2P Order Issue: Seller Refuses to Release Coins After Successful Payment

On April 11, I placed a P2P order using Bybit (Order ID: 1910685925697761280), and I’ve been facing a serious issue ever since. I transferred the payment exactly as instructed, yet the seller refuses to release the coins. This is not just frustrating—it feels like outright fraud.
Initially, the seller provided the wrong recipient name, which caused the first transaction to bounce back. He later gave me a different name, which the payment was successfully processed to. Despite that, he continues to deny receiving the funds, even though I received confirmation from my bank that the money was successfully transferred.
To be clear, I used a real bank account, not an online wallet, and I have all the transaction proof, including screenshots and confirmation messages. I even uploaded them to Google Drive to assist in resolving this dispute. Still, the seller is holding the crypto hostage and pretending nothing has happened.
I expect Bybit to step in immediately, review the evidence, and either release my coins or refund the full amount. This type of issue severely undermines trust in your P2P platform. It’s unacceptable that a seller can delay or refuse coin release even after proof of payment is provided. Please act urgently.
