Burger King Order Contained Bone and Plastic in Food

On 06.07.2026, I placed an order from the Burger King branch in Trabzon Ortahisar Atapark AVM via Tıkla Gelsin. During the meal, I found a bone inside the chicken and a piece of plastic inside the meatball. This situation is completely unacceptable in terms of both hygiene and health, and it has seriously shaken my trust in the brand. Right after noticing the bone and plastic, I contacted Tıkla Gelsin live support and reported the issue. They told me that they would get back to me. In addition, I am submitting my complaint here as well. I have video evidence of the situation, and I have not thrown away the bone or the plastic piece, so they can be examined if needed. Because of this incident, I am requesting compensation, a full refund for the order, and an official apology. I also expect the necessary measures to be taken regarding food safety so that other customers do not experience a similar problem.
