Burger King Meal Card Payment Not Working

Today I had a negative experience at the Burger King branch located in Diyarbakır Winstown AVM. At the entrance of the restaurant, there are stickers showing that payment can be made with various meal cards such as Edenred and Metropol; however, when I wanted to place an order using my meal card, I was told that there was a problem with the payment method and my order was not taken. Additionally, I was informed that there is no Big King bun and therefore I could not place an order in that product group either. The staff only stated that there was a problem with the payment method and then remained silent, without offering any alternative solution or explanation. I also learned that this situation has been ongoing for about 15 days. I request that the payment system problems be resolved urgently, that the meal cards indicated at the entrance actually be usable at the branch, and that the product shortages such as the Big King bun be addressed and corrected as soon as possible. I also expect an explanation as to why customers are misled with these payment signs and why the problem has not been resolved for so long.
