I Face Missing Skins After Brawl Stars x Subway Surfers Radio Box Event

During the Brawl Stars x Subway Surfers collaboration event, which featured the radio box opening challenge, I was supposed to receive the Poco, Byron, Hank, and Janet skins after completing all the required in-game tasks. I met every condition for the event and even opened the remaining two boxes, yet these four skins were never added to my account.

After experiencing this issue, I contacted the game’s support team, but I haven’t received any response so far. I didn’t make any payments — I simply participated in the event and completed all the missions to earn the rewards. I also didn’t use a different device or account during the event.

I’m requesting that Supercell address this issue, ensure that all eligible players receive their missing rewards, and take steps to prevent players — especially children — from wasting time on events that fail to deliver the promised prizes.
