How Can I Transfer Clash of Clans & Brawl Stars to Separate Emails

Both my Clash of Clans and Brawl Stars accounts are linked to the same email address. I want to transfer one of them to a different email, but when I try to change the email, it updates for both games simultaneously.

I was planning to gift one of my accounts, but this issue is preventing me from doing so. There should be an option to separate game accounts linked to the same email.
