Brawl Stars 8-Pack Ultra Legendary Offer Delivers Only Partial Items

Today, I opened the 8-pack Ultra Legendary offer from the in-game shop in Brawl Stars. After 2 hypercharges came out of the box, one more brawler arrived, bringing my total brawler count to 103, but the remaining 5 Ultra Legendary brawlers I was supposed to receive as part of the offer were never credited to my account. I've been put at a disadvantage because the content of the offer I purchased was delivered incomplete. I made this purchase on my account, #2rpjgooyc, and I didn't receive the full offer. I want my remaining 5 Ultra Legendary brawlers, and I'm requesting that these 5 Ultra Legendary brawlers be added to my account as soon as possible.
