Bosch Delayed My CL2000U 18000 BTU AC Installation
On June 28, 2025, I purchased a BOSCH CL2000U/1 18,000 BTU air conditioner via N11. Before and after the purchase, I requested installation and was contacted from +90 544 635 9***, where I was told the appointment was set for July 4. This morning, I received another call from the same number requesting a photo of the product barcode, which I sent. I was then told installation must be done by Thermotechnic and that today’s appointment was canceled. I called 444 2 474, emailed my invoice, and was redirected to the Authorized Service, who informed me the earliest date is July 10. I managed all of this through my own effort, as no proper support or guidance was provided. The seller never reached out. I chose your brand trusting in the renowned German discipline, but it’s clear that this standard is no longer being upheld.

The only response I received from the company was to change the service that would handle the installation and to postpone the installation date. While I was expecting an apology and an earlier installation due to my inconvenience, receiving a postponement was a second disappointment.
