I have been a loyal Bosch customer for years and have preferred your brand for all my white goods, including my Bosch Serie 4 A+ dishwasher. However, my recent experience has completely changed my view of your brand. On 24 December 2025 around midday, I was called by an authorized service representative who told me that the 7‑year warranty period of my dishwasher was about to expire and that I would need to pay ₺1,200 if I wanted to extend the warranty. The tone of the call, the way it was delivered, and the emphasis on urgency made me suspicious, and I honestly thought they might be scammers, so I did not take the call seriously. That same evening, my dishwasher started giving a tap error and stopped washing dishes. The next day, when I checked the phone number, I realized that the callers were not scammers but were actually connected to Bosch, and I immediately called back. This time I was told that the period had expired and they could no longer process a warranty extension. I then called your customer service line 444 6 333 and was again told that nothing could be done. I find it both unsafe and unethical that a customer is called in such a hurried and panic‑inducing manner to request payment for a warranty extension, yet is not given a reasonable amount of time to think and decide. In my opinion, I should have been called at least five days in advance, or, as many companies do, I should have been informed several months before the end of the warranty period. This attitude both victimized me by not allowing sufficient time to make a decision and seriously shook my trust when the machine broke down on the very day the warranty ended, which is a very worrying situation. This incident took place in Hatay, Antakya, within the service area of Yılmaz Teknik in Ekinci Mahallesi, and I am filing this complaint against your brand for this reason. I request that my right to benefit from the warranty extension be reopened and that the fault on my dishwasher be repaired free of charge. Otherwise, I would like to state that I will take this process and all details to the Consumer Court.
