Bosch KGN86AI42N Refrigerator Door Coating Peeling Problem

I own a Bosch refrigerator with the model number KGN86AI42N/21 and I have been experiencing a serious problem with the outer surface of the doors. The surface coating on the doors has been peeling and this problem has been getting worse day by day. I first noticed the peeling last year. When I contacted the service, I was told that the warranty period had ended and that I would have to pay a high fee for the doors to be changed. Since this is clearly an issue related to the quality and durability of the outer surface, I do not find it fair that such an expensive part like the doors needs replacement in this way after the warranty, and that the only solution offered is a costly paid replacement. As a customer who chose Bosch expecting long-lasting and quality products, I am disappointed with this situation. I kindly request that the doors of my refrigerator be replaced free of charge as a gesture of goodwill and as a solution appropriate to the brand’s quality standards. I would like this issue to be re-evaluated and resolved without putting the financial burden on me.
