BlaBlaCar Account Suspended With No Support Channel to Contact

I posted a listing on BlaBlaCar for a trip from Istanbul to Bursa. Even though I created the listing, I never accepted any passengers, never confirmed any reservation, and never actually traveled with anyone. Despite this, an unfair complaint was filed against me, and my account has been restricted. Right now, I can't log into my account and use it normally, and I can't reach anyone through the system either. Since I can't find any support channel through the app or email, I haven't even been given the chance to explain my situation. I'm requesting that BlaBlaCar review this unfair complaint made against me, lift the restriction on my account, and reactivate it.
